Here’s what we’re looking for ⬇️ 1️⃣ Making sure the home is in the same condition as when you went under contract (No storm damage, leaks, or surprise issues.) 2️⃣ Confirming repairs were completed (We’ve already collected contractor invoices — this is the visual double-check.) 3️⃣ One last walk-through to get you excited for closing AKA picturing furniture placement… and listening to the kids argue over whose room is whose 😅 This step is all about walking into the closing table confident, calm, and ready to sign... not stressed or second-guessing! 🙌
